About Inner City Ministries
We are a faith-based nonprofit serving Paris and Lamar County, Texas. Through recovery support, community resources, food assistance, and street outreach, we share the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
Our Story and Purpose
Our ministry grows from a simple calling: share the hope of Jesus and walk alongside our neighbors with compassion.
Our Beginnings
Established April 28, 2025
Inner City Ministries was formerly Impact Paris, which began in October 2016. Our name has changed, but our commitment to serving the community continues.
Our Foundation
Centered on Jesus Christ
Our recovery group combines a twelve-step approach with a Bible-based foundation. Prayer, teaching, forgiveness, and fellowship are part of our journey together.
Our Community

We bring neighbors together through worship, shared meals, practical support, and outreach. As members move forward in sobriety, we encourage them to help others through service.
Faith in Action
We put faith into practice by caring for everyday needs and building relationships that offer encouragement and belonging.
Community Outreach
Sharing food, drinks, blessing bags, prayer, and conversation with neighbors, including those experiencing homelessness.
Recovery Support
Christ-centered recovery encouragement through a twelve-step approach, Bible teaching, prayer, and shared testimony.
Christian Fellowship
A community where people can gather for worship, grow in faith, and encourage one another.
